At Loyalties Safari, we recommend booking your safari in advance to secure accommodation, park permits, and transportation.
Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed once a 30% non-refundable deposit of the total safari cost has been received. The remaining balance must be paid at least 14 days before the safari start date.
Cancellation Policy
If a booking is cancelled, the following charges will apply:
More than 30 days before the safari: The deposit remains non-refundable, but any additional payments will be refunded.
15–30 days before the safari: 50% of the total safari cost will be charged.
7–14 days before the safari: 75% of the total safari cost will be charged.
Less than 7 days before the safari or no-show: 100% of the total safari cost will be charged.
Rescheduling
Guests may request to reschedule their safari at least 7 days before the travel date, subject to availability. Any price differences or additional costs will be the responsibility of the client.
Changes to Itinerary
Loyalties Safari reserves the right to adjust itineraries due to weather conditions, park regulations, safety concerns, or operational requirements. If changes occur, we will offer a suitable alternative where possible.
Third-Party Services
Some services such as accommodation, park entry fees, or other partner services may have their own cancellation policies, which may affect the final refund amount.
